Business has always been something I’ve loved. I was the child at school that would try and sell you sweets that I bought from the wholesaler on the weekend.

I have founded a number of businesses and have worked with other businesses over the years to help them implement transformations within their teams. I currently head the Mayflower Group of companies.

I’m a life long learner and since leaving university have studied at the Charted Insurance Institute and the Chartered Institute Of Management Accountants.
